- Yogic breathing: focusing on anatomy and the three parts of an inhalation.
- Breathing Coordination: teaches you how to isolate and get your diaphragm moving to have a deeper exhale, thus a bigger inhale.
- Buteyko Breathing: Understanding the power of breath holds to release nitric oxide which helps deliver oxygen to our cells.
- Coherent Breathing with polyvagal brake: coordinating the circulatory system, heart, and lungs with attention on emotional regulation.
- Alternate nostril breathing: Another way to center one's mind and deeply balance the parasympathetic and sympathetic system.
- 4-7-8 breath: A simple breath before sleep to clarify one's energetic and emotional body.
- Wim Hof method: or Tummo: increases circulation, strengthens your lung capacity, builds sympathetic tone, and gives a surge of energy.
